Gut um die Füße locker zu fixieren, auf z.B. einer längeren Tour kann das angenehm sein. Aber um beim Treten wirklich Zug auszuüben sind sie ungeeignet (im Vergleich zu Klickpedalen), da sich der Fuß dabei deutlich abhebt.

Gut damit man nicht abrutscht. Kunststoff aber so weich das ein ziehen der Pedalen nicht möglich ist. Vielleicht in Kombination mit einem Pedalriemen

Decent quality and easy enough to fit - I use mine on NC-17 trekking pedals. They are a bit oversized in height though, making them scrape across the ground in the lower pedal position. Apart from that, pretty average, round-nosed hiking shoes (size 43) do not slide to the end, hampering the "secured feel" I was looking for. I guess I'll have to give the Zefal ones a go.

Prima frü die Alltagsfahräder, wenn man trotzdem Halt will - aber ab Schuhgrösse 44 wird es bei festen Schuhen etwas schwieriger ein zusteigen
