Gastos de envío

En nuestros almacenes tenemos más de 4 millones de productos que podemos enviar inmediatamente. Los productos disponibles los despachamos al día siguiente (de lunes a viernes). El plazo de los pedidos a pagar con transferencia bancaria empieza al día siguiente del encargo del pago por parte del banco o, en caso de otro modo de pago, al día siguiente de la contratación y termina en el transcurso del último día del plazo. Si el último día del plazo es un domingo o un festivo oficial del país destinatario, el próximo día laboral (de lunes a viernes) es válido.

En total poseemos un área de aprox. 32.000 m², de ellos sólo 23.000 m² para nuestro centro logístico. Allí guardamos más o menos 60.000 productos de marca para poder enviarlos de inmediato, es decir un día después de haber recibido tu pedido. Nuestros empleados en la logística se encargan de un embalaje profesional y seguro – asegurarnos de que el pedido completo esté enviado es obvio.

Nuestros transportistas se encargan del envío seguro y rápido hasta llegar a la dirección indicada. Puede ser tu dirección personal, la de tu oficina o de tus vecinos. Entregar el paquete en perfectas condiciones es lo más importante para nosotros.

Nuestros expertos logísticos embalan todas las bicicletas en una caja especial para que ésas estén bien protegidas en el trasporte. Tu bicicleta te llegará montada y ajustada, dependiendo del modelo de bicicleta y de la caja, sólo hay que ajustar el manillar, poner los pedales y las ruedas, y ya está.

Recoger el pedido!

Podemos enviar tu paquete a nuestra tienda principal ROSE BIKETOWN en Bocholt/Alemania o a nuestra tienda en Posthausen/Alemania, si quieres recogerlo allí. En nuestra tienda en Múnich y Berlín no se puede recoger paquetes por el momento..
