FAQ
Your bike arrives pre-assembled and you only need to do a few things. This includes straightening the handlebars, fitting the front wheel, adjusting the saddle to the correct seat height and screwing on the pedals.
Delivery by DHL
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to track your delivery at any time via the DHL website or the DHL app.
Delivery by shipping company
The shipping company delivers your bike to the kerbside. Before delivery, the shipping company will contact you – either by email or telephone – to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
If you notice any damage on delivery, please proceed as follows:
1. Document the damage with photos right away
2. Complain about the damage to the delivery person immediately and have it noted
3. Then report the damage to us, either via parcel tracking or as a new bike complaint
If the damage is clear, you can also refuse to accept the delivery in case of doubt.
Delivery by shipping company
In this case, a new delivery date will be agreed with you. The shipping company will usually contact you by telephone to arrange an appropriate time with you.
Delivery by DHL
Depending on the reason for non-delivery, the following happens:
If you were not at home, your parcel will usually be taken to a nearby DHL branch where you can collect it. If the consignment could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us.
