It precisely records your heart rate data, even under water, and provides additional running efficiency values such as step frequency, vertical ratio, ground contact time and more. Send real-time data over Bluetooth and ANT+ to your smartwatch, training aid, or online platforms like Tacx, Zwift, etc. Even if you don’t have your smartwatch with you, the HRM Pro™ chest strap records your data during training and transfers it afterwards directly to your wearable. Thanks to Physio TrueUp, you can also synchronise your activity data, such as steps, intensity minutes, and calories burned, to multiple devices through your GARMIN Connect profile. With a battery life of up to a year, you can train without worrying about its energy levels.
