You can place your order in the following ways:



How can I place an order in the online shop?

  1. Place the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart.
  2. You can then place the order from your shopping cart.
  3. To complete your order, log into your customer account or register for our online shop.
  4. Select your preferred delivery address and payment method.
  5. Submit your order.
  6. You will receive an order confirmation by email as well as a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way to you.

How can I place an order via email?

If your would like to place an order via email, you can send us an email at customerservice@rosebikes.com.

In order to process your email, we need the following information:

  • Product code and description
  • Item quantities
  • Colour and size, if applicable
  • Your customer number and contact details (delivery and billing addresses)
  • Desired payment method, if applicable (bank transfer)

How can I place an order over the phone?

You are welcome to place an order with us over the phone. You can reach us here:

Please have the following information prepared for this:

  • Product code and description

How do I redeem a gift voucher in the online shop?

Enter your voucher code in the "Enter Promo Code"box displayed in your shopping cart.
If all conditions are met, the amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.

Was your voucher code not accepted?

  • Please check whether you have entered all letters and numbers correctly so that the code matches exactly and make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the promo code.
  • Make sure you’ve reached the minimum order value required.
  • Check whether your voucher code has already been used in a previous order.
  • If your code is still not working, please contact our customer service.
