The fast energy hydro gel in three flavours. Ideal during sports. Xenofit energy hydro gel is more liquid than Xenofit energy gel and allows fast consumption, without having to drink additional water. The mixture of maltodextrin, glucose and fructose provides per serving a minimum of 26 g short- and longer-chain carbohydrates. Vitamin C is important for the energy metabolism and contributes to a reduction of fatigue. The practical package can be opened easily during competition, too. The caffeinated version, type cola with caffeine, contains per serving 50 mg caffeine from natural guarana extract. Thanks to its binding to other ingredients, caffeine from guarana is released slowly and can thus have a longer effect. Zinc contributes to a normal acid-base and carbohydrate metabolism.
