SHIMANO’s DEORE SL-M5100-IL RAPIDFIRE PLUS MONO double gear shifter with I-SPEC EV mount ensures easy and fast shifting, so you have more shifting control on the trail.
For SHIMANO RAPIDFIRE PLUS MONO gear shifters for double systems, upshift by pushing the lever with your thumb until it locks into place like clicking a pen. The lever is released by pushing the lever once again with the thumb or by pulling it with the index finger. Once released, the front derailleur automatically shifts to the small chainring.
The ergonomically optimised I-SPEC EV construction allows you to attach the shift levers directly to a compatible SHIMANO brake lever for a clean cockpit.
