The Schwalbe Big Betty Evolution in the Super Trail variety is not just the next level for Schwalbe’s Evolution Line mountain bike tyre, but also the comeback of the practically legendary Big Betty tyre.

With the Super Trail casing, the tyre is a versatile all-rounder. It is especially well-suited for Trail and All-Mountain tracks, but can also handle demanding Enduro routes. The tyre is equipped with the “Super Trail” casing, which was specially equipped for those intended uses, and comes with a three-layer carcass. An Apex insert at the sides and a chafer placed directly against the bead combine to offer additional protection from punctures and grinding at the rim. The proven SnakeSkin insert, providing excellent cut protection, isn’t just built into the side walls, but also along the entire surface.
In addition, Schwalbe has introduced a foldable bead core and improved tubeless mounting. “Super-Trail” is similarly built to Schwalbe’s “Super-Ground” casing, but is somewhat more stable and therefore a bit heavier.

Big Betty’s profile presents especially strong shoulder knobs which ensure excellent cornering traction. The tyre also impresses with long, supported braking corners for great traction when slowing down, as well as optimised self-cleaning properties with the aggressive and coarse tread pattern.
The ADDIX Soft rubber compound will provide you with the necessary grip for dry or moist conditions.
