ABUS URBAN-I 4.0 ACE City Bike Helmet

With the URBAN-I 4.0 ACE, one of the best-known city helmets from ABUS is entering its 4th generation. The IN-MOLD technology gives the bike helmet great stability, thanks to a durable connection between the outer shell and the shock-absorbing helmet material. The wide, highly mounted and integrated LED rear light ensures 180° visibility and can be easily removed and recharged via USB cable. Other clever features of the bike helmet include the ZOOM SPIN adjustment system with its easy-grip dial for a finely adjustable and customised fit, 16 vents for optimum ventilation and the magnetic FIDLOCK fastener.

Highlights & Technologies:

ZOOM SPIN:
This is an adjustment system with a dial at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference. An anti-slip adjustment dial allows for precise adjustment.

TRIVIDER:
This is a particularly flat strap distributor that is not adjustable. The distributor is geared towards the needs of cyclists who want to deliver the best possible performance.

FIDLOCK:
FIDLOCK is a self-closing magnetic closure that ensures quick and secure opening and closing of the helmet, even with a single hand or when wearing gloves. Thanks to the Fidlock system, the closure shuts automatically and prevents the skin from being pinched.

IN-MOLD:
The IN-MOLD technology provides a durable connection between the outer shell and the shock-absorbing helmet material (EPS). Therefore, the inner shell is fused with the outer shell under high pressure and strong heat.
