With the redesign of the X01 Eagle™ 12-speed rear derailleur, SRAM is able to expand the gear range of the already powerful Eagle™ drive train and increase the performance!

The clear and precise shifting feel of the X01 Eagle™ rear mech, which uncompromising professional athletes and ambitious amateurs in all-mountain and enduro areas can equally rely on, now has an updated cage geometry for improved chain management and compatibility with the new Eagle™ cassettes with 10 - 52 teeth.
The massive 520% gear range of the redesigned cassette is constantly kept in check by the 14 teeth X-Sync™ shift pulley, while the Type 3 Roller Bearing Clutch™ ensures a smooth torque curve and therefore quiet, steady running and excellent riding experience.
Of course, the improved SRAM X01 Eagle™ rear derailleur is also still compatible with former versions, and works absolutely reliably with the established Eagle™ 12-speed 10 - 50 teeth cassettes.
