Xenofit’s Energy Hydro Gel provides you with carbohydrates, zinc as well as vitamin C. The highlight: It is more liquid than Xenofit’s regular energy gel so you can take it without adding water.   The gel not only provides short-chain, quickly available sugars like fructose and glucose, but also the longer-chain maltodextrin, which is absorbed more slowly by the body. The gel provides you with 26g of carbohydrates per serving during exercise. The flavours mate/lemon and cola also contain caffeine.   Details:

    The Xenofit Energy Hydro Gel was tested by the German magazine RennRad (issue 04/2025) and received a value for money tip. "The Energy Hydro Gel from Xenofit is thinner than the Energy Gel – the carbohydrate sources, maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose are almost identical. The consistency and pack size complicate handling while riding. On the other hand, the unobtrusive natural flavour with a moderate sweetness is convincing."
