Zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da das Rad ja frei bewegt und nicht eingespannt wird. Hilfreich sind schmale Flure oder Türrahmen, wo man sich festhalten kann. Ebenso ein Höckerchen, da das Rad ca. 10 cm höher erstiegen werden muss. Gut für das WarmUp und einfach zu verstauen.

habe schon über 2000 km auf der Rolle zurückgelegt; entspricht dem Rennradfahren viel mehr als Ergometer-Training; nach einem Winter auf der Rolle ist man im Frühjahr deutlich besser auf dem Rennrad unterwegs; gegen den Lärm hilft Musik via Kopfhörer; Super-Trainingsgerät!! Wir haben jetzt zweites Gerät angeschafft, da wir mehrer Räder unterschiedlicher Größen in der Familie haben

TOP Rollentrainer, der sich für den Transport auch halbwegs klein zusammenschieben lässt. Benutze den Rollentrainer zum Warmfahren und Ausfahren bei Straßen-, Bahn- und Cyclosscrossrennen.
