Racktime CLAMPIT 2.0 Spring Clamp for 12mm Tube Ø and 70mm Width

The spring clamp overlaps with the rails of the bicycle rack, making it impossible to attach a pannier with hooks. The main use of a narrow, 7 cm wide rack, is precisely to attach panniers, so this is a major fault of this spring clamp. You'll have to decide: do you want panniers or the spring clamp? The two don't go together. The photo shown here (same photo as on the Racktime website) is of the 10 cm wide version, not of the 7 cm wide one, so it's impossible to notice this problem. It's a shame that Racktime does not provide photos of each specific model, as well as photos of the clamp mounted on an actual rack.
