Cateye GVolt 100™ Rechargeable Front Light Dual System

With an impressive 100 lux, the Cateye GVolt 100™ is a particularly powerful, rechargeable front light with flexible mount and a modular design. It is part of Cateye's dual system, which allows the lamp head to be easily disconnected from the battery module. That way, the front light can be mounted either above and below the handlebar by rotating the light module, in order to achieve a homogeneous light distribution nearby and in the distance. Even on winding routes, the field of vision is well-illuminated beyond the roadway, so you always have a good view.

The pre-curved shape of the OptiCube™ lens also improves the visibility from the side. The battery life depends on the light’s brightness, which can be adjusted using three different modes with 10, 60 or 100 lux, depending on the required illumination. Up to 15 hours of lighting are possible on one battery charge. The battery pack can be fully charged after circa 3.5 hours via USB port. In addition to the universal FlexTight™ bracket, the GVolt 100™ can be attached to out-front mounts with the optional Cateye CE-GP mount. This lets the front spotlight also fit with existing GoPro mounts.

Cateye Dual System™
One light, two systems – the GVolt 100™ is a front lamp from Cateye's modular lighting system. The lamp head can be removed from the battery module without tools and rotated to mount the headlight either above or below the handlebar. This ensures an optimal light field close by, in the distance, and on the sides, without blinding oncoming traffic.

The battery life can be easily be extended by attaching an optional battery module. The replacement battery also has a mount for the universal Cateye FlexTight™ handlebar holder, so that the lamp head can be easily switched between different bikes. For more sustainability, once the power is reduce the battery can be replaced without having to replace the entire headlight.

The GVolt 100™ front light can also be converted into an e-bike headlight. For this, the battery module is replaced by the separately available e-bike kit and connected to the energy supply of the e-bike.
