Zéfal Gizmo Bottle Cage Mounting System

Not every bike has enough mounting points for bottle cages. With the Gizmo mounting system, Zéfal has found the right solution. The universal adapters can be flexibly attached to the frame or fork, creating mounting points for bottle cages, cargo cages or other accessories with screw attachment. This makes multi-day tours, cycle tours and bikepacking possible even with bikes that are not designed for this purpose.

To ensure a secure hold and protect the frame paintwork, the Zefal Gizmo uses a combined system of adjustable rubber straps and additional cable ties. The distance between the Gizmo adapters can be freely selected, which is especially great for luggage systems with several mounting holes. For maximum flexibility in positioning, the rubber belts can be cut to size to fit tubes with a wide range of diameters.

Attention:
The rubber belt offers complete protection against paint abrasion on tubes with a diameter of 16 to 36 mm. The belt will not fit around larger tube diameters, so the manufacturer recommends the use of additional protective films, such as the Zéfal Skin Armor M protective film set under prod. code 2281914.
