SHIMANO CL-MT001 SPD Cleats incl. Threaded Counter Plate

Compared to classic SPD cleats with single entry (toe first), the CL-MT001 allows multiple entry methods: Toes first, heel first and even with a straight foot from above (stomp-in). This makes it easier to clip in, especially in hectic or technical passages. For faster pedal contact off-road – whether for MTB, gravel or cyclocross. 

As with the silver SM-SH56 cleats, it is possible to get out in several directions (multi-release). In addition, SHIMANO has increased the ground clearance of the CL-MT001 – for less noise and wear when walking and a more natural feel while pedalling. The CL-MT001 with 2-bolt standard are fully compatible with previous SPD shoe and pedal models.
