The Comb RG saddle from ROSE is an example of the rapid development of saddle technologies. 3D printing in saddle production, which was just considered expensive nonsense, has become an affordable alternative for greater comfort. Instead of a classic saddle structure, the futuristic-looking Comb RG impresses with its flexible mesh on a solid shell.
With 3D printing technology, the saddle cover and padding merge to form a honeycomb matrix. Different cell shapes, variable cell densities and zones are finely tuned across the entire saddle to optimise vibration damping and pressure absorption.
The design of the Comb RG from ROSE is perfectly orientated to the anatomy when riding and has an airy centre channel for pressure relief. The saddle length leaves room for an aggressive riding position, while the stabilising honeycomb areas in the rear and nose of the saddle support weight transfer to the rear when climbing.
