ION KNEE GUARD ARCON LT MTB Knee Protectors

The KNEE GUARD ARCON LT from ION is the first of its kind: The centrepiece of the knee protectors is the L2 protector, which was developed by REZRO and covers a 15% larger area than comparable protectors, including the medial and lateral tibial plateau. At the same time, the knee protectors offer everything you could want for any type of mountain biking: Lightweight, well ventilated and flexible. The sock construction consists of a comfortable blend of polyamide and abrasion-resistant yet flexible Cordura material. This knee pad marks the beginning of the ARCON line that does not compromise on performance – for progressive trails or gravity.

RE ZRO:
This protector not only offers protection, it is also flexible, breathable and lightweight. 
The RE ZRO protector technology offers protection in case of a crash by breaking the molecular bonds. This releases energy through heat and sound, a material behaviour that leads to the absorption of impact energy. The molecules recombine immediately after the impact and are reset to ZRO, i e. to zero.

CORDURA:
The fibres guarantee high robustness and abrasion resistance. A brushed surface gives the material a pleasant grip. The fabric is fast-drying and extremely hard-wearing.
