Versatility as a symbol of the brand: The extensive range of Mavic products
Whilst many other companies specialise in one product field, Mavic has taken conscious decision against specialisation. Up to the present day, Mavic is a sought after brand for high quality and high performance bike components e.g. complete wheels, wheel rims, bike computers and cycle clothes. The company's experience of over 100 years is reflected in the manufacturing of Mavic products. This is the way in which the Mavic team develops its passion for cycling components, cycle clothes and accessories for bicycle racing. For the product developers, the focus is always on wearing comfort and the quality of the products. This is why the CAD designers and model builders work hand in hand on real prototypes and CAD models with the aim of constantly developing Mavic products further and optimising them.
Since 1973, Mavic has provided an independent track service available for a large number of cycle races. The company has been able to gain its experience through this proximity to bicycle racing. This experience is reflected further in various developments and at the same time, it makes a continuous contribution to the quality of competition cycling.
