Schwalbe TACKY CHAN GRAVITY PRO MTB Folding Tyre SOFT

With the TACKY CHAN, Schwalbe has designed a mountain bike tyre for uncompromising downhill and enduro use. Developed under competition conditions and tested in international racing, the tyre is aimed at anyone looking for controllable handling and reliable traction on technically demanding tracks. Its tread pattern is designed for precise line selection, high cornering grip and stable braking traction.

When designing the tread pattern, Schwalbe’s developers have opted for a 2-2 arrangement of the tread blocks to ensure particularly controlled handling. A continuous transition zone between the centre and shoulder knobs also enables smoother cornering and improved braking traction

Schwalbe's SOFT Compound is designed for a balanced ratio of grip, damping and durability and is suitable for demanding downhill and enduro use on varying surfaces.

The rubber compound is complemented by the GRAVITY PRO construction. Multi-ply carcass areas, fabric-reinforced Apex puncture protection and reinforced sidewalls are designed to provide high stability and reliable puncture protection for demanding trail and enduro use.
