Developed for anyone looking for a tyre that works reliably and is fun to ride on different tracks and surfaces.

As a trail and all-mountain tyre with gravity genes, the ROMY combines a moderate weight with balanced riding characteristics. At the same time, it should offer sufficient reserves for more demanding trails.

In the tread design, Schwalbe's product developers rely on pronounced cornering edges for stable cornering grip and a narrower centre tread for good rolling behaviour and high durability. The result is a balanced overall profile that combines control and versatility. The tyre can be used on both the front and rear wheel.

Schwalbe's MID Compound is used in this version. The rubber compound is designed as a universal compound and covers a particularly wide range of applications. It combines balanced grip properties with efficient rolling behaviour and is suitable for trail, all-mountain and enduro use. 

The rubber compound is complemented by the RACE PRO construction. This version is aimed at riders who prioritise low weight and particularly efficient rolling characteristics. The compound is particularly suitable for use on the rear wheel of an enduro bike when the focus is on a fast and smooth-running tyre.
