It goes under the indoor trainer and protects the ground from sweat, chain lubricant, scratches, and any tyre marks during training. Because the bottom of the mat is anti-slip, the training mat provides a secure base for your indoor trainer and front wheel support, while also reducing vibrations and noises created during training. 

And because the Elite training mat is light and soft, it can be folded and stored away when not in use.
