To improve your stroke technique while swimming and increase your pulling power, an effective training with the Zoggs Matrix hand paddles is a good idea. With the slightly flexible hand paddle, your hand glides straight through the water in the forward movement, but feels the full water resistance when you pull your arm backwards due to the palm enlargement. Holes allow water to flow freely through the paddle and give you an intensive feeling of the water.
In addition to the desired improvement in technique, the hand paddles train the muscles in the arms and shoulders for noticeably more propulsion in the water.
