GREEN SHAPE 2.0:
Until the 2015 summer collection, the GREEN SHAPE criteria only covered the materials used for production. GREEN SHAPE 2.0 covers the entire lifecycle of a product from design and materials used, via production, use and care of the product through to recycling and/or environmentally-friendly disposal.
Every GREEN SHAPE 2.0 product must be made from certified and/or eco-friendly materials. In addition, the manufacturer of the material must have a respective certificate. This provides additional safety, especially with respect to the use of chemicals during the production.
GREEN SHAPE 2.0 expressly excludes the use of particularly critical materials and technologies, such as: PVC, fluorocarbons, chlorine- and hypochlorite-containing bleaches, nanotechnology or solvent-containing prints.
Each GREEN SHAPE 2.0 product must be easy to maintain and clean, and cannot require dry cleaning.

BLUESIGN APPROVED FABRIC:
bluesign is the world’s strictest standard for environmental protection, safety at work and consumer protection. All environmentally relevant production processes are critically examined and permanently optimised in terms of: choice of materials, energy and water consumption, air emissions, water emissions, noise levels, waste and use of chemicals. The bluesign approved fabric label is applied to products that are 90% made from bluesign certified materials.
