High5 Energy Gel Aqua

It consists of water and refreshing natural fruit juices. A light consistency makes it easy for you to consume carbohydrates during training. The gel is rather like a sports drink and does not require drinking additional water.
It can also be recommended for beginners as an alternative to standard gels. The sachet can be opened easily and every portion supplies you with 23 grams of carbohydrate. The citrus flavour contains caffeine.
