Because sooner or later, it won’t be sufficient anymore to remove superficial dirt and treat the parts with care products from time to time, if you want to increase reliability and durability of chain, rear derailleur and cassette.

The Shimano degreaser not only helps you to easily and gently remove grease and grime from frame and brake rotors, but it also cleanly rinses off hard to reach areas of the shifting and drivetrain system.
The nozzle straw of the can helps you access such hard to reach areas without having to remove any parts, even when holding the can upside down. Apply the degreaser and treat it again for protection e.g. with the Shimano Chain and Cable Lubricant spray (item no.: 2274326). Thus, you can keep everything running smoothly.
