AIRMEM S.CAFÉ:
Coffee grounds are a waste product that is produced from coffee beans during conventional coffee brewing and find a new use here. The S.Café technology mixes processed coffee grounds and recycled polymer before spinning the yarn. The incorporation of coffee grounds changes the properties of the yarn, resulting in improved performance. The micropores in the coffee fibre ensure UV reflection and odour control while promoting breathability and quick drying. The lightweight membrane consists of 25% coffee oil from recycled coffee grounds. It is also odour-inhibiting, breathable, windproof and water-repellent.

STRETCH:
Stretch is an excellent material base for functional, high-quality sportswear. The great properties of this type of fabric optimally support athletes in their performance and ensure an excellent combination of functionality, performance and look.

STRETCH FLEECE:
The material offers special comfort thanks to its high elasticity and also allows close-fitting cuts with maximum functionality. It offers great insulation in relation to its weight, is fast-drying and easy-care.

VENTURI SOFT SHELL:
This membrane has a soft feel and lies between the outer and lining fabric. Depending on the model, a 2- or 3-layer laminate is processed and joined with different outer fabrics to match the intended use. The membrane is windproof, waterproof with a rating of at least 10,000 mm as well as breathable with at least 10,000 g /m²/24 h. The coarse and fine molecular bonds of the efficient laminate allow water vapour to escape easily, so that a pleasantly dry and moderate climate constantly prevails.
What’s more, there are modifications of the VENTURI that have been specially developed for different (weather) conditions. VENTURI SOFT SHELL is lightweight, very comfortable to wear and offers improved freedom of movement. The robust outer layer is abrasion and weather resistant. A warming mid layer is combined with the outer layer and can be worn in different climatic conditions.
Note: If the seams are not taped, this can sometimes affect the windproof and waterproof properties of the product, as air or moisture can penetrate at these points.

PFC is a group of chemicals acting as intermediates, auxiliary materials or breakdown products of certain fluorocarbon compounds. They are used in garment production to impregnate clothing due to their durable water- and grease-repellent properties. However, PFC residues are non-biodegradable and may be harmful. The product’s water- and dirt-repellent WR finish (water repellent) is free of PFC.
