Finger Paddles

Improve your swim technique with the flat Finger Paddles by sailfish and strengthen your arm and shoulder muscles for both increased high-speed strength and strength endurance. The ergonomic, flat hand paddles are made of 50% polypropylene and 50% TPR (thermoplastic rubber) and are fixed to your fingers with adjustable silicone straps. Thus, you can focus on your stroke technique without loosing the paddles through high stroke frequency.
