• Basic recipe: Stir 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund' (approx. 35g) into approx. 120-140 ml of boiling water and allow it to swell for 1-2 minutes. In a saucepan: Stir MorgenStund' into approx. 160-180 ml of water using an egg whisk. Bring to boil while stirring and leave to simmer at low heat for 1-2 minutes.
