Milkit Tubeless Conversion Kit

The conversion kit from MilKit makes tubeless conversion clean and easy!

Thanks to the MilKit system, you can mount tubeless tyres dry on the rim and then fill the sealant into the inflated tyre via the valve – quickly and without making a mess. The intelligent valve system allows you to measure and refill sealant without losing air or removing the tyre.

After inserting the valves and fitting the rim tape and tyre, inflate the tyre slightly and unscrew the valve core. Yes, you read that right. The air remains in the tyre. Then fill the syringe with the desired amount of sealant, fit the inner tube and needle and fill through the valve. Screw in the valve core, swivel the tyre, done. You can do the same thing for the fill level check later - suck out the sealing milk in the tyre through the valve at the 6 o'clock position, or check and refill or replace it.

Once filled, the ammonia-free sealant can seal holes with a diameter of up to 6 mm. With its special consistency, this sealant adheres better to the inside of the tyre than thin latex products. In this way, it always covers the entire tread and sidewalls to ensure maximum puncture protection.
