This creates a pleasant air flow and makes sure there are practically no pressure points. Thanks to the DISCFIT-VARIO fitting system, the helmet can be adjusted easily to your head. Safety in road traffic is the top priority with this helmet, which is made particularly clear by a wide protection zone at the back of the head and reflective design elements for all-round visibility.

MONOCOQUE IN-MOLD PLUS:
In this construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single operation during the foaming process. The liner is fused with the outer shell under high pressure and strong heat for a lasting connection. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. The production process also makes it possible to shape significantly better ventilation systems and vents. This design creates robust, safe and heat-resistant helmets.

CASCO STRUCTURAL SURFACE:
The CASCO STRUCTURAL SURFACE reduces scratches on the helmet’s bottom edge and gives the helmet an innovative and modern look.

CASCOFIT net:
The CASCOFIT net offers unique comfort. Helmet and head have no direct contact, so there are practically no pressure points in this area. Shocks in all directions are reduced effectively. Moreover, cool wind circulating around your head constantly ensures very good ventilation.

COMPACT PROFILE:
The COMPACT PROFILE by CASCO creates a beautiful back. It offers efficient protection especially for the lower back of the head.

DISCFIT VARIO:
The adjustment system at the back of the head can be easily adjusted to your head circumference by using an adjustment wheel, which can also be moved vertically to ensure an ergonomic fit.
