They deliver fast-absorbing carbohydrates, additional amino acids, salt and – depending on the flavour you choose – an extra kick of caffeine. Thanks to the concentrated gel form, the 32 g portions are easy to take and fit into any jersey pocket. GU Energy Gel is available in many different flavours.
