Loop Band Set

The Loop Band set by Blackroll offers many advantages of a flexible fitness tool for targeted training of smaller muscle chains. Three different resistance levels allow you to train your muscles with slow dynamic movements, which helps to get better body statics and reduces the risk of injuries. The Blackroll Loop Band Set consists of three different bands with different levels of resistance and elasticity: orange - light, green - medium, blue – strong.
Depending on your fitness, you should start with the lowest resistances and repeat the exercises several times before switching to a stronger band. Thanks to the closed shape, no wrapping or additional assist is needed for combined strength and coordination exercises. The textile fabric of the Blackroll Loop Band set also proves advantageous. The natural rubber woven into the skin-friendly textiles works without annoying pulling or slipping of the training band on moist skin for increased training fun.
